We provide FREE UPGRADING to area residents aged 19 and up.


You can upgrade your skills in communications, math, and basic computer.

We offer small class sizes to ensure personalized attention for each student.

Learning activities are self-paced so you can take the time you need to learn.

We can help you improve your skills with a job or college course in mind.  We also offer online courses.

This service is free and we provide FREE transportation to people that qualify.

Free Little Library

Check out our Free Little Libraries.  They offer a way to share your favourite books. 

You will find them in New Liskeard in front of Royal Lepage, in front of Amber's and in the Cobalt Poetry Park.


How do they work?


Take a bookIf you see something you would like to read, take it.

Share it.  Return the book to any Little Library or pass it on to a friend.

Give Books Leave a book in the Library.
