The Literacy Council of South Temiskaming is a non-proft organization that provides free upgrading in Literacy and Basic Skills to all area residents aged 18 and up who want to further their education, or career.
We offer one-on-one coaching from staff and/or volunteers as well as group learning where appropriate.
